Advertising Terms

These Advertising Terms supplement the Terms of Service and apply to all campaigns run through Entropy Ads.
1. Advertiser Obligations
You represent that you hold all rights to your creatives, that your ads and landing pages comply with applicable laws and these terms, and that your targeting does not unlawfully discriminate.
2. Prohibited Content
Ads must not contain or promote illegal goods or services, deceptive claims, malware, infringing content, hate or harassment, or content that is otherwise prohibited by our policies. We may refine these standards over time.
3. Creative Review & Approval
Submitted creatives enter a review queue and serve only after approval. We may reject or pause any campaign or creative, with or without reason, including for policy or quality concerns. A rejection may include a reason for revision.
4. Pricing, Billing & Measurement
Campaigns are billed against your prepaid balance, typically on a cost-per-thousand-impressions (CPM) basis. A billable impression requires a measured, viewable render; clicks are recorded but not separately billed. Our measurement and logs are the system of record for spend.
5. Budgets & Delivery
You set daily and optional total budgets. We aim to pace delivery within your budget but do not guarantee full delivery, specific placements, or performance outcomes. Serving stops when your balance or budget is exhausted.
6. Invalid Activity
We use controls to detect invalid or fraudulent activity. We may withhold billing for, or reverse charges associated with, traffic we determine to be invalid, and may suspend accounts engaged in abuse.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate campaigns that violate these terms or applicable law, or to protect users and the Service.
